venting....

i guess this would be the first blog ever created by moi.. well not exactly.. ive done quite a lot on friendster but they were just junk. anywho.. i might as well tell you all about whats happening with me. well NOTHING. yup.. ive actually wasted almost 10 months doing absolutely nothing. kinda sad if you think about it. well while im at it, i guess i should tell you why..
i graduated from college 10 months ago.. took up culinary management :) loved it at first (because it was my passion) but as time went by, i lost the passion.. and realized that it is only a hobby. that was one of the reasons why i didnt find a job right after ive graduated. i guess thats not much of a reason.. but anyways, ive worked a few jobs in restaurants and hotels but didnt seem to like it... why?! well maybe because i always have to start from the bottom. always as prep cook or dishwasher. what angers me is that I did NOT pay $10k to be a dishwasher. i studied my ass off, i cut almost all my fingers off, burnt my precious skin.. all for a job that a bum on the street with no education could easily get. so now i guess you see my point.
i never said i would never get into cooking again.. i would actually love to work OUTSIDE the country where i could at least get a decent job as a cook..
hey i do have dreams you know.. but that can wait for the next blog... :)
